These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mr Clean’s Bag2Clean Service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

1. Customers purchase digital vouchers via the SuperApp, fill their Bag2Clean bag with laundry, and drop it off at a participating Mr.Clean location. Before drop-off, customers simply scan the QR code on the bag to deduct a voucher. No pre-sorting or special handling will be performed for any items placed in the Bag2Clean bag. Our team then handles the washing, drying, and folding, and notifies the customer via the app when their laundry is ready for pickup.

User Responsibilities

2. You are responsible for placing only machine-washable and tumble-dry-safe items in the Bag2Clean bag. Any items that do not meet these criteria may be damaged during the cleaning process, for which Mr.Clean assumes no liability.
3. You must ensure that all items in the Bag2Clean bag are colorfast to avoid color bleeding. Mr.Clean will not be liable for color transfer or damage resulting from non-colorfast items placed in the bag.
4. In case of a lost or damaged Bag2Clean bag, you can purchase a replacement at any Mr.Clean outlet.

Service Limitation

5. We reserve the right to reject any Bag2Clean order if we deem the items inside unsuitable for this service. This includes, but is not limited to, heavily soiled or contaminated clothing, and items requiring special care.

Payment and Billing

6. Payment for Bag2Clean vouchers must be made through the Mr.Clean SuperApp. Once purchased, vouchers are added digitally to your account and can be accessed anytime within the app.
7. All digital voucher purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a voucher is redeemed for a service, it cannot be refunded or transferred back.

Compensation and Loss for Items

8. Mr.Clean will not be liable for any damage to or loss of items placed in the Bag2Clean bag. By using the Bag2Clean service, customers acknowledge and accept that Mr.Clean is not responsible for compensation or replacement for any damaged or missing items.

Privacy Policy

Termination and Suspension

10. Mr.Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Bag2Clean vouchers at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Mr.Clean.

Force Majeure

11. Mr.Clean will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to water disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

12. Mr.Clean reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website. By continuing to use the Bag2Clean service after updates are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

Language

13. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail and take precedence.

Governing Law

14. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
